Why
PAFOTHI?

In 1972 a group of parents and friends started a support group to organize badly needed services, activities, and financial assistance to meet the needs of their Deaf children and Deaf family members.  They organized into a 501(c)3 Nonprofit charity known as The Parents and Friends of the Hearing Impaired (PAFOTHI) and have since expanded their love and services to include a $1000 grant toward the purchase or repair of hearing aids and assistive hearing devices tor  the low income Deaf and hard of hearing individuals of Washington and Athens Counties in Ohio, as well as Wood, Pleasants, Tyler, Ritchie, Wirt, Jackson, Roane and Calhoun Counties in West Virginia.  We are "PAFOTHI".
